Free first aid training is being offered by St John Ambulance in Maidenhead.
The public are being given the chance to learn life-saving skills as the charity returns with its annual 'Save a Life September' scheme.
In Maidenhead, St John Ambulance volunteers will give a demonstration of five easy to follow first aid techniques in the Centre Management Suite of the Nicholsons Centre on Sunday, September 14 at 5pm.
Another session will be held in the same location on Saturday, September 20 at 9am.
Research carried out by St John Ambulance shows that only 10 per cent of people in the UK have taken steps to learn first aid in the last three years.
