Immortal Fitness raise funds for flood-hit Longridge

A team of fitness fanatics have battled their way through a mud-covered assault course to raise funds for Longridge Activity Centre.

Nine members of Immortal Fitness, which run bootcamps in Cookham and Marlow, clambered over 40 obstacles on a 4km course in Dorking, taking on muddy trenches, tyre walls and barbed wire.

The challenge was held on Saturday, July 19, and Immortal Fitness has donated £90 to the activity centre in Quarry Wood Road.

Owner Stuart Lewington said: "After Longridge had been so badly affected by the floods earlier in the year, we thought it would be a great opportunity to raise some money whilst having some muddy fun!"
