A dozen determined campaigners will be walking 112 miles, from Gloucester to London, to raise awareness about alternative methods of tackling TB in cattle and to raise money for the Stop the Cull campaign.
Walkers will be outside Boville Wright art shop at 4.30pm where a speech will be given.
Protesters welcome anyone who wants to join them on their 10-day journey to the doors of Westminster which they expect to reach on May 31, the day before the next cull is due to start.
