A 42-year-old man has been charged with attempted aggravated burglary and growing cannabis.
Andrew Rumney, of Hampden Road, Maidenhead, is charged with attempting to burgle a house in Sunderland Road on Friday evening.
On the same evening police found ten cannabis plants at an address in Maidenhead and charged Rumney with producing the drug.
He appeared at Slough Magistrates Court on Monday.
Rumney was bailed to appear at Reading Crown Court on Monday, August 4.
