Maidenhead named cheating capital of Britain

Maidenhead is the cheating capital of Great Britain, according to research carried out by a website which helps people have affairs.

Illicit Encounter’s UK Infidelity Index has found that 2 per cent of Maidonians are having an affair, rendering it the most unfaithful town  in the country.

The survey, of towns with more than 50,000 people, found that Bournemouth is the most faithful.

Spokesman for Illicit Encounters, Mike Taylor, said: “It is fascinating to see the breakdown of how many people are looking for affairs in your local area, who wouldn't want to see if they live in a hanky panky hotspot?

“We have already had thousands of people visiting the website looking to see where their home town ranks compared with their friends.”

The figures are available here http://www.infidelityindex.co.uk
