After a week of disrupted signals O2 have successfully restored their service in Maidenhead.
Customers in Maidenhead town centre had been unable to make and receive calls and texts, and had no mobile internet coverage, since a King Street mast was removed on Thursday, October 31.
The network, based in Slough, said they were boosting the signals of other masts and erecting a temporary mast near by.
Today an O2 spokesman said: "We have now successfully installed the temporary site in Maidenhead to restore service. We apologise to customers for the earlier issue and we continue to monitor service closely."
