A development of 14 new homes could be built on land behind St Mark's Crescent in Pinkneys Green, Maidenhead.
Shanly Homes submitted the application to the Royal Borough on Thursday, September 26.
The development would back-on to the houses in Alwyn Road from number 99 to 111 and St Mark's Crescent from number 54 to 62.
It would require the demolition of number 58 in St Mark's Crescent.
The plans also include associated access, parking and turning facilities.
A decision is due to be determined before Thursday, December 26.
