Tips to inspire healthier eating and positive lifestyle changes will be shared at a day-long event in Maidenhead.
The Choose Life Festival will be held at the York Centre in York Road on Saturday and offer expertise from 13 professionals in the field of diet, nutrition and exercise.
Presentations will be given on a wide range of subjects including gut health and hypnotherapy and there will also be eight workshops with topics including yoga for kids and Qi Gong as well as more than 20 stalls.
The festival will be raising money for The Royal Voluntary Service.
