Trio bailed again over Boulters Lock death

Another bail date has been set for three men arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died following a 'disturbance' at Boulters Lock in Maidenhead.

Marcin Pastuszczak died in hospital on Thursday, November 8, following an incident the previous evening.

The men aged 22, 25 and 29, were arrested within hours.

They are due to answer bail for the fifth time on July 17.

A post mortem revealed Mr Pastuszczak was killed by a 'cardiac arrest during restraint' but police have released no other details about his death.
