Water firm bosses say there have been no new leakages of raw sewage into the River Thames in the past week.
For the past month river users have had to put up with free flowing effluent down the river after 'technical issues' at Little Marlow Sewage Treatment Works resulted in repeated leaks.
A statement from Thames Water said it has been busy repairing the site included replacing a number of pumps and emptying storm tanks.
It added: "We are really sorry for the number of problems we have had but we are confident the solutions we are implementing will get the plant back to running as it should."
