A security warning has been issued to car owners following a second spate of thefts from pub car parks in Maidenhead.

Thieves made away with laptops and bags - stolen from cars parked outside four pubs between Monday and today.

A briefcase was found discarded in a garden after being taken from a car parked outside a hotel in Bridge Road. It was targeted between 7pm on last night and 6.30am today. 

Thieves also targeted two cars at a pub in Littlefield Green during the same evening stealing an overnight bag and a Kindle.

Another holdall was stolen from a car parked at a hotel in Manor Lane in Oldfield between 2am yesterday and 5am today.

A laptop, golf clubs and paper work were among items stolen from two cars parked outside a pub in Bray High Street between 8-8.30pm on Monday.

Thieves targeted five pubs in two days on Monday and Tuesday last week.
