Here are this week's top tips for the weekend's horseracing from our resident expert, Benny the Book....

This week's postponement of the York festival has brought a silver lining in that the clash of the titans in the Juddmonte Internatioanl is now taking place tomorrow (Saturday) at Newmarket (3.35pm).

It's Duke of Marmalade v New Approach as the King George and Derby winners clash in what should be one almighty showdown. Although pundits have cast doubts on the Duke's ability to cope with the going, they're clutching at straws, I'm sticking with him. Watch out though for Multidimensional, a winner on soft ground at Haydock last time who has a decent each-way shout.

Also at Newmarket, the Hopeful Stakes (3.05pm) could be the opportunity for Winker Watson to show last season's three wins were no flash-in-the-pan. Peter Chapple-Hyam's three-year-old won the July and Norfolk Stakes on this course and should be too good for Kings Apostle.

I'll take Raven's Pass to break his season's duck tomorrow in Goodwood's March Stakes (3.15pm). The way John Godsen's colt ran Henry the Navigator to the line last time showed he was back to his best - which he will need to be to see off a field which includes Bankable and Third Set.
