Non-League Diary
8:46am Sat 2nd Aug 08:: written by Dave GoodwinAFC Wimbledon boss Terry Brown is a worried man after his side slumped to their fourth pre-season defeat at the weekend as they went down 2-1 at home to Conference Premier Salisbury Town on Saturday.
He said: “The results have been disappointing and we have been letting in too many sloppy goals.
“We seem to have a problem defending set-pieces.
“I have been mixing them up at the back and not playing the strongest squad so I am hoping that will be something that sorts itself out.

- Basingstoke Town legend Steve Richardson bowed out at the weekend when a crowd of 500 turned out to say farewell to a man who has played for, coached and managed the club over the past 13 years.
