Here are this week's top tips for the weekend's horseracing from our resident expert, Benny The Book...

Another clash to savour tomorrow when Duke of Marmalade takes on Youmzain in the King George (4.20pm). There have been doubting Thomases this week saying the Duke may not stay the trip, but he was going away at the end at Ascot.

I'll stick with him though.

In the totesport International (3.40pm) Musaleem will be bidding to build on his impressive return at Yarmouth after last season's triumphs.
Although Redford and Lovelace will be well fancied, racing manager Angus Gold reckons Musaleem is going the right way.

One of the races which will attract much less attention is the Longines Ladies Handicap (4.55pm) in which Daaweitzaa (around 14/1) is an interesting runner.

Leading amateur flat jockey Lorraine Ellison's mount has been running in much higher races than this and has won twice at this level before. Besides which, her rider's US namesake was probably the best soul singer of the sixties.
