Jets re-sign Dean Skinns

8:08am Fri 11th Jul 08:: written by Steve Spencer

Head coach Steve Moria is close to completing his Slough Jets rosta for next season after re-signing Dean Skinns.

Since the end of last season, Moria has re-signed most of his key stars to the EPL Play-off Champions for the 2008/09 campaign including Kevin Phillips, Micheal Bowman and Carl Thompson as well as bringing in new man Andy Smith.

And this week Moria added the signature of goalie Skinns to that list.
“Dean has re-signed,” confirmed Moria. “He was excellent last year and was one of the guys who was essential for us.

“There are still just a few guys I’m trying to tie up but it’s going well.”

League fixtures are set to be released next month with matches beginning in September and Moria is confident his squad will be fit and raring to go.

Moria said: “Everyone’s working on their fitness levels individually at the moment and we’ll all meet up before the season starts.”
