Here are this week's top tips for the weekend's horseracing from our resident expert, Benny The Book.

Sandown is hardly trainer Henry Candy's favourite course with just four winners there in the last five years.
The Wantage yard can reverse that form tomorrow though with Corrybrough in the Scurry Stakes (3.40pm).
Three wins and a second in his first four starts make impressive reading and although a short price is guaranteed this Kyllachy colt should be too strong for the rest.

An interesting pairing at York in the Queen Mother Cup (2.15pm) for amateur lady riders is the current NH champion amateur Rose Davidson.
Miss Davidson takes the ride for John Fanshawe on the very useful Secret Dancer, who was an impressive winner first time out at Newbury last month. If this Sadler's Wells three-year-old gets the 1m 4f distance he could even be one for a bigger race later.

Sunday's meeting at Salisbury includes one of the West Country's big races of the year, the £30k listed Cathedral Stakes.
Probable favourite, Borderlescott has started the season well with a win at Mussleburgh followed a couple of weeks ago by a determined effort in the group 2 Temple Stakes at Haydock behind Fleeting Spirit. Trainer Richard Bastiman is already eyeing up a run in the Group One Nunthorpe Stakes later in the year which shows how highly he rates him.

DON'T MISS: I will be online each day during next week's Ascot Festival with my selection, but an early whisper is that it should be worth getting on the mighty Yeats who is bidding for a hat-trick of Gold Cup wins on Thursday. You can get 11/8 at the moment, a price that is unlikely to improve.
