Ecuador death crash teen's inquest opened

10:53am Wed 23rd Apr 08:: written by Luke Cross

An inquest into the death of Indira Swann has been opened and adjourned.

The Maidenhead teenager was one of five young victims of the Ecuador bus crash on the weekend of April 12.

Tributes continue to be paid to the 18-year-old former Newlands Girls School pupil from Highway Avenue, who was on a gap year trip at the time of the crash.
An inquest at Hammersmith and Fulham coroner's court on Monday heard a provisional cause of death as severe head injuries.
It is understood that all five inquests will be heard at one place, most probably Cheshire coroner's court, but no date has been set yet.

Hearfelt tributes to the Maidenhead teenager have been left in our online guest book.
