A lesson with the Tap Dogs
12:00am Mon 8th Oct 07:: written by Kelly RawlingsThis funked up tap dancing show is high-energy 80 minutes that is set around a work site.
Tap Dogs is the brain child of Dein Perry, who learnt to tap dance behind his school teacher's house in Newcastle - a steel town north of Sydney, Australia.
The current cast is made up of four Aussies and two Brits who tap, stomp and splash their way through an eclectic feast of routines.
Nigel and newcomer Matt Papa who has been with Tap Dogs for sixth months, stomped into Wycombe Town Hall last week to talk about the show.
The Advertiser's Kelly Rawlings donned some tap shoes for the first time to catch a quick lesson with the guys and to find out more about the Tap Dogs phenomenon.
Watch the video to see how she got on.
