Burnham billionaire heading up north?

12:00am Wed 30th May 07

Reclusive billionaire Mike Ashley remains a man of mystery even on his home turf.
The former Burnham Grammar School pupil has built up an international reputation as an entrepreneur and in recent weeks his name has been splashed across national newspapers after he offered £133.1million for the Premiership football club.
But he seems to have hardly left a mark on his childhood stomping ground in Burnham.
Mr Ashley shuns the limelight and has remained tight-lipped about his possible a takeover of the premiership football club.
His notorious lack of interest in media attention means little is known about his private life - even of his days in Burnham before he achieved financial success.

If you knew Mr Ashley when he lived in Burnham or are still in touch with him contact us on 01628 678225.
