He ran seven to eleven-year-old pupils through a warm up routine at the Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre before boosting their football skills in two one hour sessions.
The participants who got the chance to train with the England midfielder did so because their school won a competition.
Mr Lampard said: "I have always been passionate about sport not just football.
With just a little guidance, support and encouragement I believe all youngsters can experience the fun that can be gained through sport."
The sessions are part of the Tesco Sport for Schools and Clubs initiative which also sees runner Paula Radcliffe and rugby star Jason Robinson coaching youngsters.
