Winner Suzanne Lawrence-Tucker, who was presented with a hamper for her accuracy, successfully guessed the weight to within 1lb with an entry of 10st 11lbs. The actual weight was 10st 12lbs. The pumpkin came from the garden of a friend who donated it to the shop"s good cause. On Tuesday, a face was cut into the pumpkin for Halloween and it is now destined to be chopped up and made into various pumpkin dishes. Shop manager Angie Matthews said: “We raised that money in just two days, which was really good. We had a great response from it. “We have done a number of charity fundraisers in the past by donating hampers. We like to do our bit.”
