Dance fever hits Maidenhead

12:00am Thu 14th Feb 08

There was dance fever at the Magnet Leisure Centre yesterday.

More than 800 young people from more than 20 schools strutted their stuff at the third Charters School sport partnership primary dance festival.

This year’s theme was a celebration of dance based on music from around the world. The youngsters, aged from five to 11, performed specially choreographed routines, much to the delight of parents watching in the audience.
