The man who was killed on the A4 Bath Road last week has been named as Edward Watts.

The 26-year-old died just yards from Laurel Cottage, his grandmother's Bed and Breakfast hotel, after being hit by a Jeep near the Knowl Hill petrol station.

Mystery surrounds what happened during the crash and Mr Watts was declared dead at the scene after the incident at 6.45pm on Tuesday, February 5.
