Did you witness crash?

Witnesses are being sought after a lorry and car collided leaving a man needing hospital treatment.

The incident occurred on the B376 Staines Road, Wraysbury, at around 3pm on Monday (June 9), near to the junction of Magna Carta Lane. It involved a 7.5 tonne blue Ford lorry and a silver VW Polo.

The driver of the Polo was taken to hospital with what was initially thought to be a serious injury. However the man is now expected to make a full recovery following treatment.

The road was closed for about two hours.
