Man charged after fatal collision

A Maidenhead man has been charged with causing death by dangeorus driving after a fatal crash last year.

Mohammed Ghafoor Younis, 21, of Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, is also charged with driving while disqualified and driving under the influence of alcohol following the collision  on October 31, 2007.
He has been bailed to appear at Slough Magistrates’ Court on May 5.

Steven Molnar died after the collision at the junction of Queensway and Gardner Road. 
The 70-year-old was taken to Wexham Park Hospital with serious injuries and died on November 15.

A second man who was arrested in connection with the incident has been released without charge.
