Business awards line-up

Businesses will celebrate their own version of the Oscars tomorrow night.

The black-tie event, which is the biggest awards ceremony in the Royal Borough, will see hundreds attending the event at Ascot Racecourse, which recognises business and community spirit.

The Community and Business Excellence Awards, which are in their fourth year, include gongs for company of the year, contribution to the community and charity of the year.

A panel of judges, chaired by Olympic swimming gold medallist Adrian Moorhouse, included council boss David Lunn and David Oram, corporate director for community services at the Royal Borough.
