Armed robbery fears lead to Post Office closure

Shop-owners who have shut their Post Office counter after 15 years felt under threat for a very different reason to recent Government pressure.

John and Marilyn Rogers, who run Rogers Post Office Stores in Waltham St Lawrence, yesterday finished Post Office trading for good after last year's armed robbery on their shop has left them feeling unsettled and unsafe.
