Armed robbers threaten pub landlord

A hunt has been launched for raiders who fled with a Marlow pub's takings after forcing the landlord to open his safe.
Two robbers dressed in dark clothing confronted the landlord of the Carpenters Arms in Spittal Street as he put the bins out between 1am and 1.30am on Tuesday.
The victim said the pair were armed but was unsure about the type of weapon used.
DC Melanie Kitson, investigating, said: "Thankfully the landlord was not injured but was left shaken as a result of the incident.
"I am particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the men acting suspiciously near the pub before the robbery, or to anyone who may have seen a vehicle parked near by at the time the robbery took place."
Anybody with information should contact DC Kitson on 08458 505 505 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
