Pit development will enhance area

I am also deeply concerned that many of the objections voiced are either self seeking or ill considered. There are rightly concerns regarding the impact of the development on the infrastructure.

I am wholly convinced, however, that any negative effect can be avoided given proper planning responses. There are those who claim we do not have the technical knowhow to ‘clean up’ the tip.

From my personal experience I know this to be arrogant nonsense. Reference to the Stockley Park development by Stuart Lipton near London Airport will confirm this.

I look forward to approval of the scheme and to enjoying the  finished article  s a valuable enhancement of the neighbourhood.
