A teenager from Burnham has been charged with breaching his ASBO.

Jack Dainty, 19, from Lent Green Lane, was arrested in Eastfield Road on Monday last week.

He spent the night in custody at High Wycombe police station and was charged with breaching the condition of his anti-social behaviour order which bans him from walking in the exclusion zone in Lent Rise.

Dainty appeared at Wycombe Magistrates Court on Tuesday last week. He was bailed until his next appearance, due on August 4.

Dainty had been given an interim ASBO in January banning him from entering parts of Burnham. It then became a full ASBO on March 10.

He cannot enter Burnham High Street and surrounding roads and Lent Rise and surrounding roads, between 6pm-6am daily, except for direct travel on a bus or motor vehicle.

He is also banned from drinking alcohol and being in possession of an open alcoholic drink in public at any time within those areas and causing any person harassment, alarm or distress. It runs until March 8 2013.

Contact police on 08458 505505 or South Bucks District Council on 01895 837253.
