E-FIT: Police want to speak to this man

4:33pm Mon 10th May 10:: written by Nick Mayo

An E-fit image has been released of a man police want to speak to after a burglary in Chalvey.

At 3.30pm on Thursday, April 29, a woman answered the door of her home in Brammas Close to three men saying they needed to come in and check the water supply because of a leak.

She kept the door on a safety chain and refused to let them in but a few minutes later her husband came home and as he opened the door the men rushed past him into the property.

They started turning on taps in the kitchen and bathroom and one went into the bedroom and picked up a bag containing passports and other documents.

The householder tried to stop him, but the man pushed him out of the way before the three offenders ran out of the property.

All three suspects are white men in their twenties.

The man in the E-fit image is in his early to mid-twenties, about 5ft 9ins and slim. He was wearing jeans and a blue jacket.

If you recognise him or you have any other information call Det Con Nicola Douglas, of the priority crime team at Slough, on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
