Sisters' sky jump in brother's memory

7:00am Wed 12th Mar 08:: written by Daniel Darlington

Daredevil sisters will mark the first year anniversary of their younger brother's death by throwing themselves out of a plane for charity.

Marie Mills, 21, and sister Jenny, 19, from Marlow, are set to remember their brother Harry - who died at the age of 11 from meningitis last April - by taking to the skies along with friend Louise Coleborn, in a bold bid to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

A static line jump involves leaping from a plane 3,000ft above the ground, at Lewknor near Oxford, with only a parachute for protection.

The Jump for Harry event is to take place on April 27, 2008, and they are hoping to raise at least £1,000 for the Meningitis Research Foundation.
