Lita on loan to Charlton Athletic

Reading striker Leroy Lita has joined Charlton Athletic on a 28-day loan.

Royals' manager Steve Coppell said: "Leroy has understandably been frustrated at his lack of first team action recently, so this loan move will be a perfect way for him to retain match sharpness at the highest level of Championship competition."

Leroy has made 15 first team appearances this season, scoring once against Swansea in the Carling Cup.

At Charlton he will join defender Sam Sodje, also on loan from Reading.
