TV stolen in burglary

Burglars made off with a flat screen television after breaking into a house in Cookham.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary which took place between 3.30pm and 9.30pm on Saturday.

Thieves entered a house in Lower Road, Cookham Rise, via the front door and also removed a fence panel to make off with the stolen TV.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious is urged to contact PC Kathryn Tough on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555111.
