Maidenhead businessman Peter Prior is a man with a plan - a very grand plan to transform the north of the town, the Advertiser can reveal.
In this week's paper we have a detailed analysis of plans unveiled by the director of Summerleaze Ltd this week.
He spoke to the Advertiser about his vision, which includes 500 ec-homes, shops and businesses, a train station, football stadium and tennis centre.

- If what has been outlined is actually carried out, then this will be the best thing to happen to Maidenhead in the last 50 years, I hope Peter Prior's plan is implemented it's nice to see someone actually doing something positve for Maidenhead
- I am astounded that such a huge development would even be considered. KEEP THE GREEN BELT, GREEN.
