Fisher teams up with Poulter to represent England at World Cup

Ross Fisher will team up with Ryder Cup star Ian Poulter to represent England at next month's World Cup in China.

Joining the Ascot golfer at the tournament is Graeme McDowell and Paul Micginley (Ireland), Bradley Dredge and Richard Johnson (Wales), Colin Montgomerie and Alastair Forsyth (Scotland) and Ben Curtis and Brandt Snedeker (USA).

The format is 72 holes of strokeplay, alternating with rounds of fourball better-ball and alternate-shot foursomes.

The event will be played at Mission Hills Golf Club in Shenzhen on November 27.
