The eagerly awaited cookbook by Heston Blumenthal detailing his imaginative recipes from the Fat Duck restaurant in Bray is due to be released on October 20.
The £100 cook book lets members of the public into Heston's intimate culinary secrets and the story behind the success of his inventive dishes.
The 532-page The Fat Duck Cookbook, published by Bloomsbury, weighs in at around five and a half kilos, and has taken Heston around five years to bring together.
His eatery has won Best Restaurant of the Year twice, and among the unique dishes cultivated at his restaurant and laboratory in Bray, are bacon and egg ice cream and snail porridge.
