Why no police action?

I had a similar experience at the Nationwide cash machine to the couple detailed in the Advertiser (June 5, page 5) but mine happened on Saturday lunchtime.

I am a little younger and tried to chase them but they were too quick for me. Sounds like the same culprits. I reported it immediately to the police.

If action had been taken perhaps the couple would not have had this disturbing experience. Also what about CCTV coverage?
