Well done for following our fitness programme - you are now more than half way through the six part guide!

Last week fitness instructor Adam Atkinson showed you how to perfect the Push Up and in part four this week he will take you through the Shoulder Press.

The Advertiser website has teamed up with fitness instructor Adam Atkinson from Diets Don’t Work to come up with a six part training programme to help you strive for the bikini bod you have always wanted.
Each week Adam is guiding you through a step by step guide to an exercise and after six weeks you will have a basic resistance training programme to follow.
