JOIN IN: Six part fitness programme: Part 1

With summer setting in and the holiday season upon us it is that dreaded time of year when we have to don our swim gear and bare our flesh.
The Advertiser website has teamed up with fitness instructor Adam Atkinson from Diets Don’t Work to come up with a six part training programme to help you strive for the bikini bod you have always wanted.
A six part video series will kick off in our mind and body section online today.
Each week Adam will take you through a step by step guide to an exercise and after six weeks you will have a basic resistance training programme to follow.

Adam set up Diets Don't Work three years ago adn is a qualified REPS level - 3 trainer. He now has 10 trainers who work under the Diets Don't Work umbrella covering as far afield as London, Reading and Aylesbury.
