Can schoolboy Ross cook Britain's Best Dish?

A teenager from Bray is due to appear on small screens today in the third of the national finals of ITVs Britains Best Dish.
Ross Arthur, 14, won the regional heat on the ITV show, with his sticky gingerbread with lemon and ginger sauce.
The Windsor Road schoolboy will one of seven to appear before judges John Burton Race, Ed Baines and Jilly Goolden, in the national final to be aired today.
Look out for the Sir William Borlase's Grammar School pupil on Britains Best Dish at 5pm.
