An Acts of Remembrance service will take place at the same venue on Sunday, November 13 from 10.30am.
WINDSOR: The Parish Church of St John the Baptist in the High Street will hold a service on Sunday, November 13.
It will take place from 10.45am followed by a two minute silence at 11am.
SLOUGH: A service will begin at 10.45am at the Town Square in the High Street.
That is followed by a procession at 11.05am to St Mary’s Church, in Church Street.
It will be attended by Mayor Arvind Dhaliwal.
BURNHAM: On Friday, November 11, at the Burnham Park War Memorial in Windsor Lane, a two minute silence will be held at 11am.
BRAY & HOLYPORT: Acts of Remembrance will take place across the parish at the three war memorials on Sunday, November 11.
These will be at Bray War Memorial at 11.30am, the Holyport War Memorial at 12pm and the Braywood War Memorial at 3.00pm.
Wreaths will be laid by parish councillors Margaret Pierce (Ind, Bray), Simon Dudley (Con, Holyport) and Nicola Marsh (Ind, Oakley Green and Fifield).
TWYFORD: Twyford scouts, brownies and guides will take to the streets for this year’s Remembrance Day parade on Sunday, November 13.
The parade will start off at Loddon Hall in Loddon Hall Road, Twyford at 10.10am, making their way along Hermitage Drive and then arriving at the War Memorial for a service at 10.30am.
COOKHAM DEAN: The war memorial in Church Road will host a rededication and service on Friday, November 11 from 10.30am.
COOKHAM: Acts of Remembrance will take place at Cookham War Memorial on Sunday, November 13, from 10.50am
