One in and one out at Wycombe
Gary Waddock has strengthened his side's attacking options with the capture of Watford striker Matty Whichelow on a one-month youth loan.
The 20-year-old, who is equally comfortable in attacking midfield, featured 21 times for the Championship club last season and played three times for Exeter City during a loan spell earlier in this campaign.
Whichelow bagged a hat-trick against the Blues in a practice match last week and then came on as a substitute in the Hornets' FA Cup clash with Tottenham Hotspur, convincing Waddock that he was the right man to bring to Adams Park.
Waddock said: "I've been watching Matty for a while and his performance against us just proved that he's a lively player who could make a positive impact here.
"He's highly thought of at Watford and I'd like to thank their manager Sean Dyche for allowing him to join us."
Meanwhile, Chairboys forward Scott Rendell has signed for League 2 side Oxford United on loan until the end of the season.
Rendell will train with his new team-mates this morning and could make his debut in Saturday's clash with Barnet at the Kassam Stadium.
The loan move is Rendell's second of the season, having spent a month with Bristol Rovers in October.
