WATCH: Mum's breastfeeding classes feature in Myleene Klass' video

Eton mum's home classesA mum-of-three shocked at the lack of support available to new mothers around Slough and Windsor has started a successful breastfeeding support group in her own home.

Sarah Bridges, 32, lives in Eton High Street and is training to be a midwife.

She features in a lifestyle video called Bumps, Babies and Beyond made for TV presenter Myleene Klass. The film shows Sarah running her breastfeeding masterclass.

Sarah is a counsellor for the charity Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (AMB) and runs the classes at the home in Eton High Street. She lives with  husband Aaron - a teacher at the college - and children Zaiah, Isaac and Otto aged 10, seven and five.

She said: "When I had a baby in London I was given good advice about breast feeding. Then we moved here and I found there was no support at all.

"Mums come to me in tears sometimes because they think they are failures.

"Breast feeding can be like chocolate cake, with everyone giving out their own recipes."

Sarah's down to earth views and common sense advice as seen on Myleene Klass' video for the Yahoo Lifestyle website, has attracted a lot of attention with more than 42,000 views. Her work led to her being nominated as Student Midwife of the Year by the British Journal of Midwifery last year. She is studying midwifery at West London University.
