BBC Bomber Boys documentary filmed at White Waltham
A documentary on the fighting force Bomber Command, which was part-filmed at White Waltham Airfield, was screened on BBC1 last night.
Bomber Boys was presented by actor Ewan McGregor and his brother Colin, and focused on the men who fought in the skies above occupied Europe during the Second World War.
The programme featured footage filmed at the airfield in Waltham Road, including shots of the brothers flying a DC3 Dakota.
