Car crash teenager suffers leg and wrist injuries
A teenager who was taken to hospital after the car he was in flipped over has suffered leg and wrist injuries.
The 19-year-old had to be cut free from the vehicle after it came off the road and hit a tree in Lake End Road, Taplow, in the early hours of Saturday.
The blue Ford Fiesta ended on its side and the man, who was a passenger in the back of the car, was trapped.
Fire crews from Slough and Maidenhead were called at 1.14am and the road was closed by police for about an hour and a half.
Firefighters used cutting equipment to free him through the roof and paramedics used a back board to take him safely to the ambulance.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "The injured man sustained minor injuries to his leg and wrist and was taken to Wexham Park to be checked over.
"The driver was breathalysed as a matter of routine, which was negative, and no further police action will be taken."
The driver and one other passenger walked away from the crash unharmed.
