Romanian burglars jailed for Murco raid
Four Romanian men have been jailed for a total of four years after admitting raiding a garage and stealing £3,700 of goods.
They stole cash, cigarettes, drinks, sweets and a laptop during the raid on the Murco service station in Forlease Road, Maidenhead, in the early hours of October 4.
Stefan Toader, 30, from Edmonton, London; Petrica Costache, 22, of Enfield, Middlesex, and Florin Miricescu, 24, from Wolverhampton, were each jailed for 12 months.
Gheorghe Ciobanu, 22, from East Ham, London, was jailed for 14 months.
All pleaded guilty to one count of burglary and were sentenced at Reading Crown Court on Wednesday last week.
