Driver smashes into a tree in Fifield crash
A motorist had to be cut out of his car after he collided with a tree in Fifield this morning.
Police said the driver went off the road in his Renault Clio in Forest Green Road at 6.52am before smashing into a tree.
The road was closed until about 9.30am. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The force said the driver suffered injuries, but they are not life-threatening.
Crews from Windsor and Slough fire attended the scene.
